Principles of the America Founding Fathers Party of Colorado

The America Founding Fathers Party of Colorado is committed, for the sake of individual liberty, to restoring the ideals of the Founding Fathers as embodied in the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights (the first ten amendments to the Constitution) for the following basic reasons:
1. The Constitution is an absolute statement of the rules for how the Federal Government is supposed to operate as a limited Constitutional Republic, not a Democracy.
2. Freedom for the people cannot survive unless limited Constitutional governance is reestablished in the Federal Government.
3. The rights, duties and responsibilities of States must be restored in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the people from Federal usurpation.
4. A government without moral restraint looks at the Constitution as a hindrance to its ambition instead of a guide for its performance.
